BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Morocco, alongside lead counsel Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson for Emerald X Exposition LLC on their acquisition of This is Beyond LTD. BREMER advised Emerald X Exposition LLC and successfully represented them in procuring a merger control clearance from the Moroccan Competiton Counsel (MCC).
