BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the UAE for Japanese Industrial Partners, Inc., alongside Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, as the lead counsel for Japanese Industrial Partners, Inc.'s acquisition of Mitsubishi Logisnext Co., Ltd. BREMER advised Japanese Industrial Partners, Inc. and successfully represented them in procuring a merger control clearance from the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA), the General Authority for Competition (GAC), Kuwait Competition Protection Agency (CPA), and the UAE Ministry of Economy's Competition Department. The BREMER team was comprised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer, Mariem Saad, Walaae Mahnaoui, Ahmed Abdlgwad, and Ikram Ouddida.
