BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for 3G Capital, alongside Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as the lead counsel, on their acquisition of Skechers U.S.A., Inc. and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC). The BREMER team comprised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer LL.B., Seifeldin Sameh, Ikram Ouddida, Walaae Mahnaoui, and Yassin Abdelazim.
