Michelle is an associate of the regional law firm Bremer and part of the firms Antitrust & Merger Control team. She specializes on competition and foreign direct investment regulations of Kenya and the larger East African region. She advises PE firms as well as international and domestic corporates on transactional regulatory M&A matters including merger control, FDI, and investment protection as well as behavioral antitrust. She works from the firm’s Kenyan representation.
