Kevin Owino

Kevin is a senior associate and part of the BREMER's Antitrust & Merger Control team. He specializes on competition and foreign direct investment regulations of Kenya and the larger East African region, including the merger control regime of the EAC. He advises PE firms as well as international and domestic corporates on transactional regulatory M&A matters including merger control, FDI, and investment protection as well as behavioral antitrust. He works primarily from the firm’s Kenyan representation. Prior to joining BREMER Kevin worked in different capacities in international firms in Kenya.
