BREMER acted as antitrust counsel, alongside Kirkland & Ellis International LLP as the lead counsel, for Populous Holdings, Inc. on their acquisition of ATL RIC Inter-Holdings, LP and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Saudi General Authority for Compeiiton (GAC). The BREMER team comprised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer LL.B., Asmaa El desoky, and Sarah Sheria.
