BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Egypt, alongside Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, as a lead counsel, for Groupe Canal+ S.A. on their acquisition of MultiChoice Group Limited. BREMER advised Groupe Canal+ and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from theSaudi General Authority for Competition (GAC). The BREMER team comprised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer LL.B., Mariem Saad, and Ahmed Abdelgwad.
