Project Velasca

BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, for ICG Velasca SCSp alongside Pedersoli Gattai as lead counsel, for ICG's acquisition of Excellera Advisory Group S.p.A. BREMER advised ICG Velasca SCSp and Excellera Advisory Group S.p.A. and successfully represented them in procuring a merger control clearance from the General Authority for Competition (GAC), and and Kuwait Competition Protection Agency (CPA). The BREMER team was comprised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer LLP, Maryam Abdelgwad, and Carmen Aziz.
