BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Getty Images Holdings, Inc., alongside Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP as the lead counsel, on their Merger with Shutterstock, Inc. and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC).
