BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for Saudi Arabia and Egypt, alongside McDermott Will & Emery Belgium LLP for Pacific Avenue Capital Partners on their acquisition of FLSmidth Cement A/S. BREMER advised Pacific Avenue Capital Partners and FLSmidth Cement A/S and successfully represented them in procuring a merger control clearance from the General Authority for Competition (GAC), and the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA). The BREMER team was comprised of Dr. Nicolas Bremer LLP, Maryam Abdelgwad, Mariem Saad, Carmen Aziz and and Ahmed Abdelgwad.
