BREMER acted as antitrust counsel to the seller in connection with Saudi Electronic Gaming Holding Company's acquisition of Moonton Holdings Limited, Shanghai Moonton Technology Co., Ltd. and successfully represented the seller throughout the merger control process before the the Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC).
